Dove Canyon book club invites Sang for an evening of Korean Kal-Bi (marinated ribs) and Man-du (Korean style pot stickers) on November 3rd, 2011. The club’s chef, Mark even made Kim-Chee fried rice to accompany the Korean epicure. Each member of the book club had specific questions to promote a focused discussion.
